I can't believe I'm writing this at 3 plus in the morning. It must have been the stimulants in the teh-peng that's over-working my brains and preventing me for taking my beauty sleep. *pat pat*

The Missing Piece

[Scene 1]

7.15 P.M.
In a posh restaurant, Person A nervously gulped another glass of water.
On the brink of excitement, his eyes darted around his surroundings.
He checked his watch.

[Scene 2]

8.10 P.M.
In an apartment, a heated argument is going on.
Person C looked angry and hurt, face is flushed.
Person B is bewildered at her accusations but being quick-tempered, he soon lost his temper too.
Person C raised her hand…
Slap.
Twirled around, grabbed her hangbag and walked out of the door.
Person B is stunned for a moment but soon stormed after her.

[Scene 3]

9.30 P.M.
Person D smiled, sipping her wine slowly.
Finally, her man had divorced his wife.
She had waited for this day for a very long time.
The day when they did not have to hide their relationship from the rest of the world.
Now, she would just wait,
to say the words “I do”.

[Scene 4]

9.55 P.M.
In the park, Person C and Person B are sitting on swings.
Both looked calmer.
Person C explained the reason for throwing her temper.
Person B looked surprised, then confused.
He told her the side of his story.
But Person C didn’t know whether to believe Person B or not.
Person B further insisted on his innocence.
Pause.
They looked at each other in puzzlement.

[Scene 5]

10.30 P.M.
Person A looked very disappointed.
His carefully preened hair is already slightly disarrayed, his necktie loosened.
Looking outside for the final time, his shoulders slumped.
He asked for the bill, finally decided to give up.

12.00 P.M.
John finally gathered up his courage to ask the girl that he always liked out for dinner. However, lacking that little bit of courage to ask her directly face to face, he decided to write it in the form of a note and place it in the file that he was going to pass to her.

3.45 P.M.
Due to the large amount of work she had on her desk, some cases needed her immediate attention, Agnes had insufficient time to handle the daily cases. Instead, she passed some files to her subordinate. Although he had only entered the company not too long ago, she believed that he had the capability and potential to handle these cases well.

4.30 P.M.
Selina walked over to her boyfriend’s desk with the intention to inform him that she’ll be cooking tonight (co-habiting). She accidentally knocked over some files on his desk in her carelessness. While picking up the loose sheets of documents, she saw a note or rather it was an invitation for dinner on that night. She fumed when she saw that it was signed off with “John”. She couldn’t help but got angry. It had only been 1 month and her boyfriend was back to his old ways. So much for his promises and claims that he had already turned over a new leaf. She shouldn’t have believed him in the first place. What a fool she had been.

The End

Does everything fall into place now?
------------------------------------------------

Do tell me whoever read it whether the above is understandable or not. This is an very weak attempt to try something new, so I will be very happy if you say "I do." (Note! This is definitely NOT an marriage proposal!!! xP *laming* Ignore... ^^;)

//added on 2.40 P.M.//

the Origin
The idea came from the afterthoughts of an author. Don't know whether I construct the story well enough or not to bring out the idea or not. Anyway, going to paste what the author wrote below. I didn’t want to translate or rephrase what she said for fear of distorting or losing the original meaning. I think it is quite meaningful though, something to think about.

To read, Go View >> Encoding >> Unicode (UTF-8)
Basically whatever strange symbols appeared in this blog, just encode it to UTF-8 ^-^
