Woah, today was certainly a happening day.
Send off my flatmate, Emily in the morning. Wish each other “Happy Vacation~” and “Goodbye~”.
In the later afternoon, went to Perth City with Fen, Cornelius and Elaine. Elaine was slow as usual ^_^;; so we met up with her in the city afterwards. Ate sushi for lunch at a foodcourt, although it was not 100% perfect, but it was nice. I miss Genki/Frog Sushi in Singapore. Merry-Go-Around Sushi in Perth is certainly expensive!!! Unagi sushi (2 on a plate) cost AUD 4.30!! Hmmm……… *narrow eyes* Bought quite a number of stuffs in the city, but too bad, due to insufficient time, plan to go to Habour Town was forsaken. I must go to Habour Town one more time before going back Singapore! ^_^
Chilli mussels was on the menu for 10:00:PM supper. HmmmMmmm…. Suggested and brought to us by Jonathan. Being a big group, we went to the destination by 4 cars and the funny thing was, at a junction point when we were lining up side by side with another car, we discovered that while our car was ‘packed’ with 5 people, there was only 2 people waving back to us in the other car, that’s including the driver. -__-;; Very good planning people. Lolz~
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the mind to think of taking along my camera to take photos of the delicious mussels. (Yummy~) Simply assuming in the first place that I won’t like it because I don’t like big heads aka ‘tua dao’. See the link there? However, with the first bite of that little mussle meat, I discovered I was so terribly wrong. Never jump to conclusions, even it is ‘jumped’ on yourself. You might actually find out that you do not know yourself very well, even though you thought you are your own best friend. I’m a very good example.
The whole midnight supper was enjoyable, even though it was quite a big group. I thought there will be awkward moments since not everyone knew everyone, but it turn out much better than I thought in the form of happy mini familiar groups talking among each others, no hard feelings of ‘being anti-social’ and not interacting with other people. Hehe… The chilli mussels made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Lolz~ I figured despite my initial stand, I ate more than 15 or even 25 mussels. Yummy~~ In conclusion to this happy mussel; realization made experience, I must say a BIG THANK YOU to JONATHAN!!! Thank you for this mussel TREAT yar!! (n_________n)
Here I am, tired and beady eyes, typing my blog entry for the day, which had already became Yesterday. Juliet is still lalalah-ing on her computer and Jonathan is packing his stuffs into boxes. Hmm… Perhaps I should do mine tomorrow. I think I will be free in the afternoon. Hmmm… If nobody calls me to scream that I’m late for something, I probably am. ^-^ End of the recollection of today’s happenings session then. It is time to say goodbye and goodnight! *bows and exits*
